Sunday June 24, 2007 - Broadway South Passes House Floor Vote

• The Broadway South legislation is one step closer to becoming Louisiana law. The House voted 88-13 to approve the initiative signifying a statewide mandate that Louisiana will be the next performing arts destination of the south. The Senate will next consider the legislation for reconciliation of the House amendments. Please encourage Governor Blanco to sign the Broadway South legislation into law so that Louisiana can begin its full cultural rebirth!
