Saturday May 12 - SCLC hears Broadway South idea

• I meet with the Southern Christian Leadership Conference and various interdenominational pastors throughout the city to explain the Broadway South legislation and the impact it will have on communities across the metro region. Seeking support for Broadway South and understanding of how the initiative will filter down to the community level in the form of opportunities and jobs for congregation members is a key to Broadway South’s success not only in its application but also in getting those ministers to support with the legislators with whom they are in contact.
